Non-Oriented Silicon Steel Coil in slitting process
CRNGO electrical steel coil edge details
Expert packaging and storage
Secure export packaging

Our non-oriented electrical steel is widely used in electric motors, transformers, and precision machinery for its excellent magnetic properties and energy efficiency.

Our streamlined process runs from incoming-inspection, precision feeding, high-grade welding, controlled annealing, uniform coating & drying, to secure packaging—every step engineered for consistent quality and traceability.

Factory certificates & Product Test
To guarantee benchmark quality, every coil undergoes our “inspect-and-retain” protocol:
• Individual samples are taken from each coil and rigorously tested for corrosion resistance, elongation/yield strength, magnetic flux density, core loss, hardness, insulation resistance, and lamination factor—only coils passing all criteria are released.
• Each retained sample is sealed by coil ID and archived for full traceability.
• A digital dossier is created for every coil; scanning its QR code instantly reveals original test data, production batch, and process parameters—true “one coil, one code, lifetime traceability.”

Trust by foreign customers
With over 10 years of export experience, we have delivered thousands of tons to customers in more than 20 countries and earned widespread acclaim.
